A 1500 L wine storage tank with a dimple-plate cooling jacket, built in 304 or 316L stainless with 50 mm insulation and a pickled, passivated interior. Sized for cellars running several tanks on a shared glycol loop, with manway, CIP spray ball, racking arm and bottom outlet as standard.
