Description
A CIP station is a cleaning plant in its own right: tanks, a circulation pump, a heat source, valves, and instrumentation plumbed onto one skid. We build them in 304 or 316L stainless, assembled and pressure-tested before shipment, and wired to whatever control level the plant can actually support. The layout is not fixed until we know your circuit volume, your soil load, and how much floor space the utilities room has left.
Cycle design usually matters more than tank count. Caustic at 75–80 °C handles fats and protein; an acid step is added where mineral scale builds; the rinse has to hold spray-ball pressure at the end of the longest loop, not at the pump discharge. A 20 m³/h pump feeding a 3-inch main delivers far less than nameplate at a distant tank. We size the return pump and the balance line together for that reason.
Typical configuration choices
- Single, two, three, or four-tank arrangements — caustic, acid, hot water, recovery
- Electric immersion or steam/plate heating
- Supply and return pumps sized to the largest circuit
- Temperature, flow, conductivity, pressure, and level monitoring
- Manual pushbutton, semi-automatic, or PLC with recipe and data logging
- Custom tank volumes and additional cleaning circuits
| Parameter | Range |
|---|---|
| Tank capacity | 200–5000 L per compartment |
| Tank quantity | 1–4, or custom |
| Stainless grade | 304 / 316L, 2B or mirror interior |
| Heating | Electric 9–72 kW; steam via shell-and-tube or plate |
| Pump flow / pressure | 5–50 m³/h at 3–6 bar |
| Working temperature | Ambient to 90 °C |
| Control | Relay, semi-auto, PLC with HMI |
| Power | 380/415/480 V, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz |
| Customization | Skid layout, circuit count, tank size, automation |
Dairy lines, brewery fermenters, filling heads, sauce kettles, cosmetic mixers, and liquid processing piping all get cleaned on these systems. Each one reaches us with a different regulation context, so we build to your specification and let your QA team confirm the standard.
Questions we hear before the PO
How many tanks do I need? Two covers caustic and rinse for most single-product plants. Three pays for itself when changeovers are frequent and you want acid or recovered caustic available without waiting.
Can I add a circuit later? Yes, if the pump was sized with headroom and the manifold leaves a spare port. Ask for that at design stage, not after installation.
Who commissions it? We supply wiring diagrams, P&ID, and remote or on-site support depending on the contract.
Send your industry, product, tank and pipe volumes, required flow, heat source, automation level, steel grade, and site conditions. Our engineers will recommend a configuration and quote from the factory.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
