Built for wineries running 5,000 L ferments, this jacketed tank pairs AISI 304 or 316L construction with laser-welded cooling jackets, TIG-welded product-contact seams and an optional 60° cone bottom. Dimpled jackets, a CIP spray ball, tri-clamp or DIN fittings and separately rated inner and jacket pressures give cellar teams control over fermentation temperature, lees dropping and yeast recovery.
