Description
1000 L CIP System for Beverage and Dairy Lines
A CIP system is not a stand-alone washer. It is a circulation and control package that delivers cleaning solution at the right temperature, flow, and contact time to tanks, fillers, pasteurizers, pipe headers, valves, and transfer lines. The 1000 L platform gives plants enough working volume for multi-circuit cleaning without turning every wash into a full-drain event. Tank count, pump size, and heat input still need to match your circuit volume and soil load.
We build these units as factory-direct stainless packages. The cleaning sequence usually runs a pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash where required, final rinse, and drain or recovery step. Return flow, conductivity, temperature, and level are monitored at points agreed during engineering. Dairies, beverage plants, breweries, distilleries, sauce operations, liquid food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical production need cleaning programs written around the product residue, surface finish, and circuit layout—not copied from a catalog.
Configuration Choices
Single-, double-, triple-, and multi-tank arrangements are available. A typical two- or three-tank skid may include caustic, acid, and hot-water sections. Heating can be electric or steam. Supply and return pumps are selected for the circuit pressure drop, spray device demand, and return line size. Controls range from manual push-button operation to semi-automatic and PLC/HMI recipes with trend logs. Options are project-specific, not a standard scope. We confirm each feature against the project before it is quoted.
| Specification | Project-confirmed range |
|---|---|
| Cleaning tank capacity | 1000 L per tank; custom capacities available |
| Number of cleaning tanks | 1 to 4 or more, depending on cleaning circuits |
| Stainless steel grade | 304 or 316L wetted parts, confirmed by chemical and product contact requirements |
| Heating method | Electric immersion or steam heat exchanger, based on plant utilities |
| Pump flow and pressure | Sized for circuit volume, spray devices, and return line pressure drop |
| Working temperature | Set by cleaning chemical and process; monitored and controlled |
| Control system | Manual, semi-automatic, or PLC/HMI with recipe and trend options |
| Cleaning circuits | Single or multiple supply and return circuits with valve routing |
| Power supply | Site-specific three-phase voltage and frequency, confirmed at quotation |
| Dimensions | Layout depends on tank count, pumps, heat exchanger, and controls |
| Custom options | Tank capacity, circuit count, automation, skid layout, and monitoring |
Applications and Selection Notes
Use the 1000 L system where cleaning circuits fall within a practical batch volume and where wash chemicals can be recovered or safely discharged. Engineers should review tank venting, pipe slopes, dead legs, spray ball coverage, and chemical compatibility. A larger tank is not automatically better; oversized volume can slow heating and waste chemicals. The right choice depends on circuit count, line diameter, rinse-water quality, and shift pattern.
FAQ
Can one system clean tanks and lines? Yes, with separate circuits, valves, and recipes. Confirm pressure and flow at the furthest point.
Do we need steam or electric heat? Either can work. Steam suits plants with an existing boiler; electric heating simplifies skid installation but needs adequate power.
What information speeds a quote? Circuit drawings, tank sizes, pipe diameters, soil type, required cleaning window, heat source, automation level, and stainless grade.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
