Description
Stainless Steel CIP Systems Built Around Your Cleaning Circuits
We manufacture clean-in-place systems for food, beverage, dairy, brewery, winery, sauce, liquid food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical plants. A CIP skid circulates detergent, rinse water, and sometimes sanitizer through tanks, heat exchangers, fillers, pasteurizers, and transfer lines without opening the process. The real question is not tank count alone. It is how much return flow your largest circuit needs, how hot the wash must run, and how much operator attention you can justify.
Single-, double-, triple-, and multi-tank configurations are available. Caustic and acid tanks, hot water tanks, electric or steam heating, supply and return pumps, stainless piping, valves, and fittings can be arranged to suit the plant layout. Temperature, flow, pressure, and level monitoring are selected by project. Control can be manual, semi-automatic, or PLC/HMI based. Not every feature is standard on every model; we confirm the scope before quoting.
How a Cleaning Cycle Works
A typical cycle pre-rinses, circulates alkaline wash, rinses, applies acid where needed, rinses again, and may sanitize. Flow velocity, temperature, concentration, and contact time matter more than a generic cycle card. We size pumps and return lines around your pipe diameters, spray devices, and pressure drop. If the cleaning circuit is undersized, tank volume will not fix it.

Applications
Dairy, beverage, brewery, distillery, sauce, liquid food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical lines use CIP for daily or campaign cleaning. High-solids sauces and dairy proteins may need different rinse and wash steps. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical projects often require additional documentation, surface finish review, and drainability details.
FAQ
What equipment can a CIP system clean? Tanks, vessels, heat exchangers, pasteurizers, fillers, filters, and transfer lines, provided the circuit can be isolated and returned to the skid.
How do I choose tank configuration? Start with cleaning sequence, chemical compatibility, rinse water availability, and changeover frequency. Two tanks suit simple wash and rinse; additional tanks separate acid, hot water, or recovered solutions.
What do we need before a quote? Pipe diameters and lengths, circuit volume, soil type, required flow and pressure at the furthest point, heat source, floor space, and control preference.
Can the system be customized? We build to project scope, including tank size, pump curves, valve layout, instrumentation, and PLC sequence. We do not quote unconfirmed features as standard.
Request a Custom CIP Quote
Send your industry and processed product, tank and piping details, required cleaning capacity, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation location. We will review the circuits and recommend a practical tank, pump, and control configuration, then provide a factory-direct quotation.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
