Description
CIP cleaning for brewery and process tanks
We build 500 L and 1000 L Clean-in-Place systems for Cerveceria tanks, fermenters, bright beer tanks, process piping, and fillers. A CIP system is not just a tank and a pump. It sets the repeatable wash, rinse, and sanitize cycle that your production team relies on between batches. The right configuration depends on soil load, circuit volume, temperature, and how much automation your operators can support.
Our approach starts with your cleaning circuits and utility limits. We review tank spray devices, pipe diameters, return-line layout, available steam or electric power, and floor space. From there we size the caustic tank, acid tank, hot water tank, supply pump, return pump, and controls. Single-tank, two-tank, three-tank, and multi-tank arrangements are available. Heating can be electric or steam. Monitoring can include temperature, flow, pressure, and level. Manual, semi-automatic, and PLC control are all project-specific options, not assumed standard features.

Where CIP systems fit
Dairy lines, beverage plants, breweries, distilleries, sauce and liquid food processing, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical production all use CIP for wetted equipment. Cleaning demands differ by product residue, surface finish, circuit length, and temperature. We keep those variables visible during design instead of promising one universal package.
Buying questions
How do I choose tank capacity? Start with circuit volume, rinse water balance, and how many washes per shift. Can we add acid and caustic tanks later? Sometimes, but skid space and valve routing are easier to plan upfront. Do we need PLC control? Use PLC when repeatability, data records, and multi-circuit routing justify it. What should we send for a quote? Tank and pipe details, soil type, required cycles, heat source, stainless grade, automation level, and installation location.
Send your process details for equipment recommendations and a customized quote. Factory-direct fabrication and engineering support are available.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
