200L Copper Pot Still: Small-Batch Workhorse
We build the 200L copper pot still for distillers who need a flexible workhorse. It fits a small craft distillery, a taproom project, or a pilot plant testing whisky, gin, and base spirits before scaling up. The 200L size is the sweet spot when 100L feels too tight and 500L demands more space, steam, and cash.
Copper contact matters most in the pot, column base, and vapor path. Our standard build uses copper for the pot and column sections, with stainless steel where it makes sense for cost and cleaning. Gin basket, agitator, condenser, and distillation column are optional. The gin basket sits in the vapor path; the agitator helps with grain-in washes; the column lets you tighten cuts.

Electric heating is simpler: no boiler, no steam piping, lower install cost. Steam gives faster heat-up and gentler control for bigger runs. Tell us your space, ceiling height, power supply, water supply, and local code. Those details change the quote more than many buyers expect.
We ship complete skids and can split sections for tight doorways. Before you ask for pricing, send your batch size, spirit type, heating preference, voltage, and whether you need a gin basket or agitator. That helps us quote the right 200L configuration instead of a generic unit.
