Description
Most of the 200L stills we ship go to craft distilleries running three to five mashes a week, and to established brands bolting a gin or rum line onto their main whiskey column. If you\’re bottling 200–600 bottles a month per spirit, this size lets you chase cut points and barrel trials without tying up capital in a vessel you\’ll outgrow in a year.
Copper contact is where vapor and liquid actually move: the pot, the swan neck, the lyne arm, the condenser. Kettles here run 3mm copper plate, necks are rolled copper, so sulfur compounds get scrubbed without paying for copper everywhere. Stainless is fine for gin basket housings and CIP lines.

Heating usually decides itself once you walk the boiler room. Steam gives faster heat-up and gentler control on rye and heavily peated washes; electric suits sites with no boiler and cheap three-phase power, though you\’ll want 24kW minimum to keep run times sane.
We\’ve built these with gin baskets above the pot, with vapor-side agitators, and with shotgun condensers for customers chasing tighter spirit temperatures.
