Most 1000L wort brewing systems we ship go to two buyers: breweries stepping up from a 500L kit, and distilleries that want to run their own wash instead of buying it in. One turn lands around 8–10 barrels, so two brew days a week usually covers a taproom plus a couple of wholesale accounts.
What each capacity really covers

We don\’t push 1000L at anyone brewing 300L twice a month. Steam jackets hold mash temperature better on a vessel this size, and the boiler is a real line item — figure 100–150 kg/hr. Electric is fine too if your service can carry 60–80 kW three-phase. Copper matters where wort touches it. A clad copper dome looks good and does nothing for the beer. A copper wort line does.
Agitator, whirlpool, hop back, and condenser routing change your brew day more than tank polish ever will. Send us batch size, target OG, water hardness, ceiling height, floor drain location, and incoming steam or power supply. You\’ll get a layout drawing and a freight estimate before committing to anything.
