Why the 200L group, and who it actually fits
Of everything we weld, the 200L group goes out most often to craft distilleries running two to four mashes a week. Double distillation puts roughly 20-25 barrels a month in the rack, and the whole unit still clears a 2.4 m ceiling without a mezzanine. Step to 300L when you already have barrel contracts signed; 500L and 1000L only make sense once you are running steam and someone is on site daily to watch a wash charge.

Copper where it counts
Copper belongs in the vapor path, not on the outside for looks. Column, trays, and condenser are copper; the kettle jacket stays stainless. Trays are hand-fitted so you can pull them for a caustic soak without a machine shop. Electric versus steam is mostly a utility question, not a quality one. No boiler on site? Take the 24 kW elements. Already running steam for mashing? The jacket version is cheaper to operate and gentler on wash.
Options we usually quote: gin basket, agitator with VFD, CIP spray ball, parrot with proof hydrometer, and shell-and-tube versus coil condenser depending on your cooling water temperature.
Before we price anything, send voltage and phase, ceiling height, steam availability, cooling water temp, target spirit and ABV, and delivery port. That saves two rounds of emails.
