Brewery CIP skids built around the cleaning circuit
We manufacture 50 L, 100 L, and 200 L Clean-in-Place skids for breweries and process plants. Stainless construction, piping, valves, and frame details follow the duty and sanitation plan. Capacity is per tank, so a two-tank set has two 100 L vessels, not one shared supply. Our team supports layout, pump sizing, and control scope before fabrication.
CIP is a circulation process. Solution leaves the tank through a supply pump, enters the vessel or line, and returns through a return pump or gravity path. Temperature, flow, pressure, and level checks keep the cycle within the recipe. A common sequence is pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash where needed, final rinse, and drain. Pump and pipe size follow the longest circuit and pressure drop at the spray ball or nozzle, not tank volume alone.
The skid can clean fermenters, bright tanks, brewhouse vessels, hoses, heat exchangers, and packaging lines. Dairy, beverage, sauce, liquid food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical plants use similar systems when their cleaning procedure supports it. A 50 L unit may fit a pilot brewery or single loop; 200 L gives more chemical volume and buffer for larger circuits. One tank size is not universal.

FAQ
How do I choose tank capacity? Base it on chemical concentration, circuit volume, rinse steps, and batch frequency. A larger tank is not automatically better if the loop cannot achieve turbulence and contact time.
Can one skid serve several tanks? Yes, with valves and routing for the cleaning schedule. Avoid dead legs and confirm return paths.
What do you need for a quote? Industry and product, tank and pipe details, cleaning capacity, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, installation location, and site requirements. Send these for equipment recommendations, engineering support, and a customized quotation.
