Description
We build this 200L copper system for small craft distilleries that want a complete run without piecing together separate tanks. The copper hot pot, column, condenser, frame, pipe line, and collection tanks arrive as one layout. Copper contact matters most in the vapor path: pot still head, lyne arm, and condenser. If you plan to make gin, add a gin basket; for fruit or grain mash, an agitator helps prevent scorching on direct electric heat.

Electric heating is easier where a steam boiler is not available, but steam gives gentler heat and lower scorch risk on thick mashes. For 200L, most customers choose electric if utilities are limited; above 500L, steam usually pays back through faster turnaround and less element maintenance.
Send us your spirit type, batch size, ABV target, available power, ceiling height, floor drain, water supply, and whether you need a gin basket, agitator, or extra collection tanks. We will confirm copper thickness, flange standard, pump and piping layout, and shipping dimensions before quote. That saves a lot of rework on site.
