We build the 1400L commercial distillation system for distilleries moving from 500L pilot runs into full beverage production. Most buyers stepping up from a 300L or 500L still need repeatable batch yield and a column they can clean without pulling the whole rig apart. Our 1400L unit uses a copper column and copper condenser; vapor contacts copper where it matters, while the boiler shell stays stainless. That balance keeps maintenance practical and flavor consistent for whiskey, rum, gin, and neutral spirits.

Steam heating fits sites with an existing boiler and steady production. Electric is simpler where steam is not available, but check your power supply first. 1400L usually lands between 30–45 kW electric or a low-pressure steam jacket. We see many craft distilleries choose 1000L for daily runs and add a 1400L when wholesale orders arrive. A 200L or 300L still suits recipe testing; 500L works for small bottle shops; 1000L and 1400L are production floors.
Options change the build. Gin basket for vapor-infused botanicals. Agitator for grain-in or high-solids washes. Extra condenser area if your cooling water runs warm. Tell us your spirit type, batches per day, steam or electric, ceiling height, floor drain, voltage, and cooling water flow. We will size the column, boiler, and condenser around those numbers, not around a generic spec sheet.
