We build the 300L multifunctional brandy still for distilleries that have outgrown a 100L or 200L pot but aren\’t ready to commit to a 1000L column setup. Most units we ship go to brandy and eau-de-vie producers. A good number end up in whiskey and rum houses that want one vessel doing several jobs.

Electric works fine up to about 500L if your supply can carry the load. Past that, steam costs less to run and holds temperature steadier. We\’ve watched more than one customer order electric heating, then regret it a year later when they scaled up.
Where the Copper Actually Matters
Copper in the pot and the vapor path does the sulfur work. The condenser shell can be stainless with copper internals and nobody will taste the difference in the bottle. Gin basket, agitator, and extra column sections are add-ons we fit at build time; retrofitting later costs more and means downtime.
Before We Send a Quote
Send us your spirit type, target batch volume, ceiling height, available power or steam pressure, and floor loading. Clearance for the swan neck and condenser is the detail people forget. We\’ll come back with a drawing and pricing, usually the same week.
