300L Multi-Spirits Still for Whisky, Gin, and Commercial Alcohol
We build this 300L multifunctional distiller for distilleries that need one tank to run whisky stripping runs, gin runs, and clean alcohol. The 300L working capacity sits between a 200L pilot still and a 500L production unit. It fits buildings where a 1000L system would crowd the floor and strain the boiler.
Heating choice changes the quote more than most buyers expect. Electric heating works where steam is not available and suits smaller batch schedules. Steam heating gives faster warm-up and steadier control for daily production. Send us your boiler pressure if you want steam.
Copper contact matters in the vapor path and column sections. We use copper where it affects flavor and sulfur binding, not as a decorative skin. Gin basket, agitator, and condenser options should match your recipe. Juniper-heavy gins often need more basket volume. Grain-in runs may need agitation.

Before a quote, send your target batch size, spirit type, ABV, heat source, voltage, water supply, ceiling height, and shipping port. We can compare 200L, 300L, 500L, and 1000L frames against your production plan. If you run three or four batches a week, 300L may fit. For continuous commercial output, step up. Keep maintenance access around the column and condenser, and plan CIP and floor drains early.
