Description

CIP Systems for Food, Dairy, Beverage, and Pharma Plants

A CIP system recirculates pre-rinse, caustic, acid, and final rinse through tanks, piping, valves, fillers, and heat exchangers. It replaces manual opening and scrubbing only when drainage, spray coverage, and wash parameters are correct. We build factory-direct stainless skids for dairy, beverage, brewery, distillery, sauce, liquid food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical production.

Cycles usually run pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash when needed, final rinse, and sanitation. Flow, temperature, pressure, and time matter as much as chemical strength. Return-line conductivity, tank level, and pump pressure show whether the circuit is holding. On multi-loop systems, separate supply and return headers let one line wash while another runs.

Tank count follows changeover schedule and chemistry. One tank suits simple small batches. Two or three tanks keep caustic, acid, and hot water apart. More tanks hold recovery solutions or serve several circuits. Pump flow must match the largest circuit\’s spray devices and required velocity; oversizing wastes heat and chemical. Heating can be electric immersion or steam. Controls can be manual, semi-automatic, or PLC/HMI with temperature, flow, pressure, and level monitoring. Tell us stainless grade, finish, connections, skid layout, and installation limits before we finalize the design.

Options we quote include single, double, triple, or multi-tank CIP systems; acid and caustic wash tanks; hot-water tanks; electric or steam heating; CIP circulation and return pumps; stainless piping, valves, and fittings; instrumentation; and manual, semi-automatic, or PLC operation. Custom tank volumes, wash circuits, and automation are available. Confirm each feature for your model.

Applications

These systems suit milk reception and dairy lines, beverage and brewery vessels, distillery piping, sauce and liquid-food tanks, cosmetic mixing equipment, and pharmaceutical process lines. Cleaning requirements differ by soil, surface finish, and drainage; documentation needs also vary by plant.

Common questions

Can one skid serve several lines? Yes, with proper headers, valves, and controls. Send line drawings, pipe sizes, and maximum simultaneous wash demand so the pump and tank size are not guesswork.

What speeds a quote? Share industry and product; tank and piping details; required cleaning capacity; heat source; automation level; stainless grade; and installation location. Our engineers will recommend a configuration, confirm applicable options, and price a custom build.

Customer Review

We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
