Description

We build CIP skids and tank systems for dairy, beverage, food, brewery, sauce, liquid food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical plants. The purpose is straightforward: circulate cleaning solution through tanks, lines, valves, fillers, heat exchangers, and transfer piping under controlled temperature, flow, pressure, and contact time, then rinse. A typical cycle runs pre-rinse, caustic wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash where needed, final rinse, and a sanitizing step if required by the plant’s procedure. Recovery of wash solutions can reduce water and chemical use when the process allows.

Selection starts with cleaning circuit volume, soil type, line diameter, tank size, available heat source, and expected CIP frequency. Single-tank units suit simple loops; two- and three-tank arrangements separate acid, caustic, and hot water more cleanly. We can supply electric or steam heating, CIP supply and return pumps, stainless piping, valves, and fittings, plus temperature, flow, pressure, and level monitoring. Manual, semi-automatic, and PLC control are available. Final tank capacity, circuit layout, and automation depend on the plant, not a catalog default.

Common configurations (project-dependent)

  • One-, two-, three- or multi-tank CIP systems
  • Caustic and acid wash tanks; hot water tank
  • Electric or steam heating; supply and return pumps
  • Stainless piping, valves, fittings; PLC or manual control

These are possible configurations, not a fixed standard. We confirm each item against the model or project before quotation.

FAQ

How do I size tank capacity? Start with line and tank volume, heat exchanger volume, rinse and wash volumes, and cycle frequency. Engineering review sets the usable capacity.

Can one CIP system serve several loops? Yes, with proper piping, valves, and controls. The design must address drainage, separation, and changeover procedures.

Is 304 or 316L better? It depends on cleaning chemicals, product residue, chloride exposure, and passivation requirements. We review the duty before recommending a grade.

What is needed for a quotation? Send your industry and product, tank and piping details, required cleaning capacity, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation location.

We review those details, recommend a suitable CIP configuration, and prepare a factory-direct quotation with engineering support.

Customer Review

We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
