Description
This portable electric CIP system serves plants that need reliable tank and line cleaning without tying up a fixed skid. We manufacture the unit with 300 L or 500 L cleaning solution tanks, electric heating, and automatic control. The system recirculates detergent, rinse water, and optional sanitizer through tanks, piping, heat exchangers, fillers, and other wetted surfaces. Stainless steel construction handles daily wash cycles in dairy, beverage, food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical environments.
A typical cycle runs pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash where required, final rinse, and optional sanitizer. Electric heating holds wash temperature; the CIP pump delivers flow and pressure through the circuit. Temperature, flow, pressure, and level instruments give operators repeatable records. Portable units allow one skid to serve several production areas, provided hose runs and drain paths are planned.
We configure single-, double-, triple-, or multi-tank arrangements with separate caustic, acid, and hot water tanks. Heating can be electric or steam. Supply and return pumps, stainless piping, valves, and fittings are selected to match line size and soil load. Control ranges from manual to semi-automatic to PLC with recipe storage. Tank capacity, cleaning circuits, and automation are customized per project; the options below are not standard on every unit.
Applications
Dairy and beverage plants clean tanks and fill lines daily. Breweries and distilleries clean fermenters, transfer lines, and packaging circuits. Sauce and liquid food plants often deal with higher soil loads. Cosmetics and pharmaceutical production typically require documented rinse steps. We match materials and surface finish to the process; final compliance remains with the plant.

FAQ
How do I choose tank configuration? Count cleaning circuits, required rinse steps, and whether acid and caustic must stay separate. Single tank works for simple rinse-heavy schedules; multi-tank reduces changeover time.
What do you need for a quote? Tank and pipe volumes, soil type, required flow and pressure, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation location.
Can one unit serve multiple lines? Yes, with proper valve and pump sizing, but simultaneous cleaning may require a larger tank and pump. We review circuit pressure drop and return flow.
Electric or steam heating? Electric is simpler to install where power is available; steam suits plants with existing steam and higher heating demand.
Send your industry, processed product, tank and piping details, required cleaning capacity, heat source, automation level, stainless steel grade, and installation requirements. We will recommend a configuration, review engineering details, and provide a custom quote.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
