300L Copper Pot Still with Copper Column
We build this 300L rig for distilleries that have outgrown a 100L or 200L starter unit but aren\’t ready to sign off on a 1000L column system yet. The shops running ours are mostly on a 4–6 day production cycle: whiskey wash in the morning, rum or botanical-heavy gin the next run.
Where the copper actually earns its money
Copper is not trim. Pot body, swan neck, and column all sit in the vapor path, and that contact pulls sulfur compounds out before they reach the bottle. Our pot is 3mm copper plate, and we keep the vapor path fully copper — the outer shell is stainless so the still holds its shape under steam pressure and repeated heat cycling. Send us the spirit style and we\’ll match the geometry: tall narrow column for a lighter, cleaner cut, wider onion shape if you want more body left in the distillate.

Electric or steam — pick by utility, not by price
Electric is what most small plants choose because it needs nothing but a panel and enough kW. Steam pays off once you\’re running daily and want finer heat control without scorching a grain wash on the element. If your building already has a boiler, go steam.
Gin basket, agitator, and condenser style change the quote more than capacity does. Before we price anything, tell us your target ABV, spirit type, liters per run, ceiling height, available power, and whether steam is on site. That list saves a week of back-and-forth.
