1000L Malt Distillation & Craft Beer Fermenting Equipment
We manufacture this 1000L unit for distilleries that need repeatable batches, not showroom specs. The vessel gives 1000 L working capacity, usually about 1,200 L gross, with a 304 stainless shell and copper where flavor matters—pot still, column, and condenser path. Controls handle automatic cuts, CIP, and safety interlocks. We can configure the same tank for malt distillation or craft beer fermentation.
Most buyers asking for 1000L are moving from 300 L or 500 L pilots into daily production. If you make whiskey, rum, or brandy, steam heating gives gentler recovery and lower power cost. Electric is simpler where no boiler exists. We quote both, and we tell you which one fits your utilities, floor space, and local code.

Copper contact matters. We keep copper in the vapor path and condenser; full copper looks traditional but costs more and needs polishing. Gin basket, agitator, and column plates are optional. Tell us batch size, ABV target, wash type, and steam/electric preference. Send drawings or room dimensions—we check height, manway clearance, and shipping container limits. ISO certification covers pressure and welding records, but you should still review the P&ID and electrical standard for your country.
Lead time on 1000L systems usually runs 45–60 days after deposit, plus sea freight. A 300L fits a start-up taproom; 500L suits small craft distilleries; 1000L makes sense when you run 4–6 mashes per week or need two shifts. Before quote, send: spirit type, batch volume, heating source, voltage, ceiling height, and whether you need fermenters included. We’ll return a layout and utility list, not a generic PDF.
