Description

A CIP system is a recirculating cleaning loop tied to tanks, lines, fillers, and process equipment. We build skid-mounted and modular clean-in-place systems for tea drinks, beverage, milk, sauce, brewery, cosmetic, and liquid processing plants. Cleaning solution must reach wetted surfaces at controlled temperature, flow, and concentration, then return without cross-contamination.

A typical cycle runs pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash when needed, final rinse, and sanitizing if specified. We size pumps, piping, valves, and return paths around circuit volume and pressure drop. Tank capacity, loop count, and heat source follow the process, not a catalog default.

Options include single-, double-, triple-, or multi-tank systems; caustic and acid tanks; hot water tanks; electric or steam heating; CIP supply and return pumps; stainless piping, valves, and fittings; temperature, flow, pressure, and level monitoring; and manual, semi-automatic, or PLC control. These are available options, not guaranteed standard features. Only approved drawing items are supplied.

Where CIP Fits

Dairy processors use it on raw and pasteurized milk circuits, silos, and fillers. Beverage and tea plants clean mixing, blending, filling, and transfer lines. Breweries and wineries use it on fermenters, bright tanks, and packaging runs. Sauce, liquid food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical operations use similar loops where wetted surfaces must be cleaned between products. Materials, surface finish, documentation, and validation needs vary by plant and product; we review those before quoting.

FAQ

How many tanks do I need? One tank can suit simple rinse-and-wash duty. Separate caustic and acid tanks help recovery and changeover. Multi-tank skids support longer production windows.

Can it clean existing lines? Usually, after a piping survey. We need pipe size, length, elevation, fittings, and circuit volume to check flow and return.

What should I send for a quote? Your industry, product, tank and piping details, required cleaning capacity, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation location. Spare parts requests need model and serial data.

How do we avoid oversizing? Measure circuit volume and pressure drop first. Match pump flow to return conditions and cleaning chemical, not nameplate alone.

We manufacture stainless CIP equipment and provide engineering support from layout to commissioning. Send your process details, and we will recommend a configuration and prepare a custom quote.

We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
