Description
CIP system built around your cleaning circuits
Changeovers are where hygiene risk and downtime meet. A CIP skid must match tank volumes, pipe runs, soil load, and shift pattern, not just pump size. We build stainless CIP systems for dairy, beverage, wine, soft drink, and juice plants, with engineering support from circuit review through commissioning.
A cleaning cycle usually runs pre-rinse, caustic or acid wash, intermediate rinse, sanitizing rinse where required, and final rinse. Temperature, flow, pressure, and return level are monitored to keep each loop repeatable. For multi-product lines, separate supply and return headers reduce cross-contamination risk and simplify valve sequencing.
Typical project options
Single-, double-, or multi-tank layouts; dedicated caustic and acid tanks; hot-water tank; electric or steam heating; CIP supply and return pumps; stainless piping, valves, and fittings; temperature, flow, pressure, and level instruments; manual, semi-automatic, or PLC control. Tank capacity, cleaning circuits, and automation are customized to the plant. These are possible configurations, not standard features; final scope is confirmed per model and project.
Technical specifications
| Item | Project specification |
|---|---|
| Cleaning tank capacity | Customized to cleaning duty and loop volume |
| Number of tanks | 1 to multiple tanks, confirmed by circuit layout |
| Stainless grade | 304 or 316L, selected for cleaning chemistry and product risk |
| Heating method | Electric or steam, sized to wash temperature and recovery time |
| Pump flow and pressure | Sized to circuit pressure drop, spray coverage, and return flow |
| Working temperature | Set by detergent supplier and process hygiene program |
| Control system | Manual, semi-automatic, or PLC with HMI |
| Cleaning circuits | Single or multiple loops with supply and return routing |
| Power supply | Plant-specific voltage, phase, and frequency |
| Dimensions | Skid-mounted or custom layout for available floor space |
| Custom options | Tank size, heating, pumps, instrumentation, valves, and automation |
Where CIP systems are used
Dairy processors use CIP on silos, pasteurizers, filling lines, and transfer piping. Breweries and wineries clean fermenters, bright tanks, filters, and packaging circuits. Soft drink and juice plants often need fast loop changes between sugar-based products and acidic juices. Sauce, liquid food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical operations may require documented cleaning parameters and higher-alloy wetted parts; compliance requirements are reviewed for each project.
Common questions
How do I choose tank count? Count wash chemicals, rinse stages, and required recovery time. A single tank may suit one simple loop; multiple tanks help where caustic, acid, and hot water must stay separate.
What data do you need for a quote? Send tank and pipe diameters, total loop length, soil type, target temperatures, cleaning frequency, available utilities, and automation level.
Can the skid be expanded later? Plan spare pump capacity, valve headers, and PLC I/O before layout freeze. Retrofits cost more after piping is fixed.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
