Description
Built around flow, not just chemistry
Most CIP problems we get called about are not detergent problems. They are flow problems — a supply pump sized for a loop that is 30 meters too long, or a return pump that cannot keep pace with the spray ball. This double-tank mobile skid is laid out around that reality: separate caustic and acid tanks, a dedicated circulation pump, and a return line matched to the spray devices on your vessels.
What happens during a cycle
Pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash, final rinse. Solution leaves the tank, passes the heater, travels through the circuit, and returns for reuse or drain. Steps advance on time, temperature, or conductivity, depending on the control package you pick. Having both tanks on one frame means your sanitation crew can move from caustic to acid duty without dragging drums across the floor — helpful when circuits run back to back.

Sizing the tanks and the pump
Send us the internal volume of the largest vessel, total pipe length, and the diameter of your main line. Tank volume usually follows the largest circuit plus dilution margin; pump head follows elevation and fittings, not tank size. We have seen buyers oversize tanks and undersize pumps — the result is a long wash with weak impingement at the far end of the loop.
Where these units run
Dairy receival lines and silos, beverage fillers and syrup rooms, brewery fermenters and transfer hoses, sauce and liquid-food kettles, cosmetic mixing vessels, and pharmaceutical process piping. Requirements differ by product residue and material of construction; 316L and finer surface finishes are common where chloride exposure or residue sensitivity is a concern.
Questions worth asking early
Can one skid serve several circuits? Yes, with a valve manifold and stored recipes. Add circuits at order time — retrofitting is possible but costs more.
Electric or steam heating? Electric is simpler to install and needs a larger power drop. Steam heats faster if you already have a header.
How much automation? Semi-automatic suits single-shift plants; PLC control pays back where records and repeatability are audited.
Request a configuration
To recommend a unit, we need your industry and processed product, tank and piping details, required cleaning capacity, available heat source, desired automation level, stainless grade, and installation location. Send those and our engineering team will return a layout, a quote, and any questions we still have.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
