We build this electric-heated copper vessel for small-batch gin, whiskey, rum, and brandy producers who need repeatable runs without a steam boiler. The boiler, column, and condenser are sized around your expected charge volume and proof. For most startups, 100–300 L works; 500–1000 L makes sense when you already have fermentation capacity, a floor drain, and three-phase power. Electric heating is simpler to site: no boiler room, no steam piping, lower upfront utility work. Steam still wins if you run back-to-back stripping and spirit runs or need faster heat-up on 1000 L and larger. We use copper where it matters: pot, column sections, gin basket, and vapor path. Stainless is fine for the boiler shell, but copper contact changes sulfur notes and mouthfeel. Options include gin basket, agitator, CIP spray ball, sight glasses, pressure relief, and tube-and-shell or shotgun condenser. Tell us your wash ABV, desired final proof, batch size, heating voltage, water supply, and ceiling height. Those details determine column diameter, condenser area, and footprint more than a model number. Before quoting, send a floor plan and photos of your electrical panel. Export crating, lead time, and local compliance vary by destination. Maintenance is straightforward: gasket changes, element inspection, and cleaning between botanicals. We test each unit with water and pressure before shipment.
