We designed this 50L column still for one job: recipe testing that behaves like a full-scale run. The boiler holds 50 liters. The column and copper contact sections are red copper. On a 50L unit, copper isn’t decoration. It strips sulfur and helps shape the spirit before you commit a 500L batch.
Most customers come to us after outgrowing a 20L hobby still. They want repeatable cuts, not a toy. The 50L size lets you run small fruit brandy, whiskey stripping runs, gin test batches, or essential oil trials. If you plan to sell, check local rules. Capacity limits vary.

We build the body in stainless steel and use red copper where vapor contact matters—column sections, condenser, and copper packing. If your recipe needs more copper, we can add copper mesh or a copper onion. Electric heating is the common pick for households and test labs. Steam heating makes more sense if you already have a boiler or plan to move to steam. On a 50L unit, electric is simpler.
Tell us your wash type, target ABV, batch frequency, available power, and ceiling height before quoting. Those details change the column height, condenser size, and packing. We’ll send a drawing with dimensions and utility needs. No standard factory price list—50L stills get configured around your process.
