Description
We build 3000L whiskey lines for distillers who have outgrown a 500L pilot still and now need one mash turn to fill a real barrel program. At this size the mash tun, fermenters and stills stop being separate purchases — they get piped, plumbed and walked through together, so the layout has to be decided before anything is welded.
What actually fills a 3000L order

Copper contact is the question we get asked most. We put copper where vapor moves — still head, lyne arm, condenser tubes. Lining a fermenter in copper to sell a story makes cleaning harder and shipping heavier.
Heating drives the site work. A 3000L wash still on immersion elements pulls roughly 200–240 kW, and most buildings won\’t carry that. Steam at 3–5 bar through a jacket or internal coil is the normal route; direct electric suits sites running one or two turns a day.
Agitator, gin basket, doubler and CIP skid are add-ons we quote separately, because half our customers never need them.
