Description
We build this 3000 L copper distillation still for rum, whiskey, brandy, and neutral alcohol runs. It is not a scaled-up hobby rig. The copper column, pot, and vapor path are sized for real batch volumes, with flanged sections, sanitary fittings, and a condenser matched to your heating method.
For rum, copper contact matters most in the column and vapor line. It strips sulfur compounds and helps form fruity esters. The pot can be copper or copper-lined; the column and lyne arm should be copper. If you produce gin later, add a gin basket above the column. An agitator helps with high-solids washes or molasses. A steam jacket is the usual choice at 3000 L. Electric heating works, but you need 200–400 kW available and good insulation. Direct fire? We rarely recommend it on this size unless you have cheap fuel and a very experienced boiler operator.

Before quote, send us: wash/mash bill, ABV feed and target, batch cycle, steam pressure or electrical supply, floor load, ceiling height, and shipping port. Also say whether you need CIP, explosion-proof motors, or a reflux splitter. A 3000 L unit usually ships in several sections; confirm door width and crane access at your site.
