200L Copper Pot Still: The Step Up From 100L Batches
Most 200L copper pot stills we ship go to distilleries that ran a 100L unit for a season and hit a wall. Three stripping runs a day just to fill one barrel gets old fast. At 200L working capacity you pull roughly 20 to 25 gallons of low wines per run at 25-30% ABV, which is enough to charge a spirit run and still take Sunday off.
We fabricate the boiler, onion head, column, and condenser shell from 3mm copper, with a 304 stainless outer jacket. Copper belongs where vapor and liquid actually touch, and that is where we put it. Cut the copper out of the column and you will taste it in a young whiskey.

Electric versus steam is the decision that costs people the most money later. Electric is simpler: elements in, three-phase power, you are running. Steam is cheaper per BTU once a boiler exists, and it is the only sane route if three vessels share one steam header. No boiler in the building yet? Start electric.
Gear we install most often: a 4- or 6-plate copper column for vodka and light rum, a gin basket above the column, and a VFD agitator for grain-in mash. The agitator earns its price the first time you avoid a scorched wash.
Before we quote, send us your spirit type and target proof, heating preference, steam pressure if available, voltage and phase, ceiling height and door width at the install site, and how much of the run you want automated. With those numbers we can size the column and condenser to your product instead of guessing.
