Description

Large-format brewery equipment for repeatable commercial batches

Our 10,000 L and 20,000 L brewery systems are built for breweries moving from pilot batches to scheduled commercial production. Tank volume, jacket area, pump sizing and CIP routing are matched to batch size, beer style and utility capacity. We review your brewhouse schedule before recommending tank count; a 20,000 L fermenter that cannot cool within your glycol window creates more problems than it solves.

Materials, welding and finish

Product-contact surfaces use SUS304 as standard. SUS316L is available for high-chloride water, sour programs or tighter corrosion margins. We control weld maps, purge gas and pickling/passivation. Interior welds are ground and polished to Ra ≤0.8 µm where required; exterior welds are cleaned without over-finishing. Cone angle, dish heads, manway placement, dry-hop port and sample valve location are fixed at drawing approval. Jackets are dimple or laser-welded according to pressure and cooling load. Each jacket and vessel is pressure-tested before shipment.

Process integration and site fit

CIP supply, return, CO2, blow-off and glycol connections are arranged around your floor layout. Ports are labeled and supplied with a piping schedule so your contractor can tie in without guesswork. Relief valves are sized to the vessel rating, not just working pressure. For 10,000–20,000 L units, confirm door width, ceiling height and floor loading before order release.

Practical questions

How do I choose between 10,000 L and 20,000 L? Start with cast-out volume, headspace, fermentation days and tank count. A larger tank only helps if your brewhouse and glycol system can support it.

Why use a conical bottom? It helps yeast recovery, trub separation and cleaning. Cone angle and outlet size depend on yeast strain and batch practice.

Can the tank handle dry hopping? Yes. We add a dedicated port and consider cleaning access around it.

What information do we need for a quote? Batch size, beer type, tank count, available space, glycol capacity and CIP preferences.

Tell us your batch size, beer type, number of fermentation tanks and available space. We can recommend the tank volume, cooling area and configuration for your brewery.

Customer Review

We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
