What a 3000L pot actually buys you
Most 3000L double copper pot stills we ship go to whiskey houses running five to seven stripping runs a week, or to contract distilleries that want one wash still feeding two smaller spirit stills. Below 2000L you are still babysitting the run. At 3000L the operator is managing a schedule, not a batch.

Where the copper sits
Vapor path only: pot head, column, top of the lyne arm. The jacketed shell behind them is 304 stainless, which keeps pressure-vessel certification straightforward and puts copper where it actually pulls sulfides out of the distillate. Full copper shells photograph well and cost you real money in repair work five years in.
The support desk is not decoration
A wet column, gin basket, and condenser stack 400–600 kg on this size. We weld the desk into the frame at the factory and ship it on a flat rack, so the platform carries that load instead of your slab.
Steam or electric
Electric at 3000L draws 180–240 kW and needs a serious service drop. If you already run a boiler, take the steam jacket. Direct fire we do not quote at this size.
Before you ask for a price
Send wash ABV, target proof at the parrot, batches per day, ceiling height, available steam pressure, and floor loading. Adding an agitator, gin basket, or a larger condenser changes the quote — those three are what most buyers decide last.
