1000L Steam-Heated Pot Still — For Distilleries Running Daily
Most of the 1000L stills we ship go to people who already ran a 200L or 300L for a year or two. They know their wash, they know their cuts, and they\’re tired of babysitting three small runs a day. One 1000L charge gives you roughly 800–850L of working volume — enough for a real barrel program without eating the whole floor.

Where copper actually matters
Copper belongs in the vapor path, not everywhere. The onion head and lyne arm do the sulfur work. If you\’re making whiskey or rum, keep it that way. Running neutral or gin base? Stainless with a copper catalyst section in the column is fine and cheaper to maintain.
Steam or electric, honestly
Steam heats evenly and won\’t scorch a grain-in mash, but you need a boiler and 0.2–0.4 MPa on tap. Electric is faster to install, no boiler room, and the power bill shows it. Either way you\’re looking at 380–480V three phase. If there\’s no boiler on site yet, put it in the budget now.

Gin basket, agitator for thick mashes, column bypass, CIP spray ball, parrot with proof hydrometer, sight glasses on pot and column.
Before you ask for a quote
Send batch volume, wash ABV, target proof, steam or electric, available voltage or steam pressure, ceiling height, and whether you need CE/PED or ASME stamps. That one email saves a week of back-and-forth. Check your door width too — with the onion head mounted, a 1000L still is often taller than a standard 2.4m opening, so we ship them in sections when that comes up.
