We build the 300L electric alcohol distillery for distillers who need a reliable step up from 100–200L pilot rigs without jumping into full steam-plant territory. At 300L, batch size usually lands between 240–270L of wash, depending on headspace and foam control. That works for craft whiskey, rum, brandy, and small-batch moonshine runs where you want 2–4 stripping runs per week, not continuous production.

Electric heating is simpler for most 300L buyers. No boiler, no steam pipe, no licensed steam operator. If you already run a steam boiler for other kettles, steam gives faster heat-up and gentler control. We usually ask about your power supply first: 380V 3-phase is common; 220V single-phase will limit kW and slow runs.
Copper matters mainly in the vapor path. A copper column, copper onion, or copper gin basket helps remove sulfur compounds and adds complexity. We don’t copper-line the whole kettle unless requested—stainless kettle with copper column is a practical compromise for many distilleries.
Options we can add: gin basket, agitator, CIP spray ball, explosion-proof motors, sight glasses, and different condensers. Tell us batch size, ABV target, power supply, ceiling height, and whether you need a turnkey skid. We’ll size condenser, column diameter, and kW to your run sheet before quoting.
