Copper Distiller 200L / 300L — Built for Working Distilleries
We build these fully automatic copper distillation systems for craft distilleries, wineries, and brewery side projects that need repeatable runs without standing over a valve all day. The 200L and 300L sizes sit in the sweet spot for producers who have outgrown a pilot still but are not ready for a 1000L column. If your fermentation tanks are 500L–1,000L, a 200L or 300L charge often matches one or two fermentation turns per day.
Copper contact matters most in the vapor path. We use copper for the pot, swan neck, and column sections; stainless is fine for internal tanks, piping, and condenser shells where the wash or coolant does not need copper ions. That keeps maintenance practical and cost sensible. For gin or flavored spirits, a gin basket can go in the vapor path. An agitator helps with grain-in or fruit washes that tend to scorch. Condenser choice depends on your cooling water: shell-and-tube is common, but if your water is hard or limited, we may recommend a different layout.

Electric heating is simpler to site: you need enough power, usually 380V/480V three-phase, and good ventilation. Steam is better when you already have a boiler or plan multiple stills; it gives gentler heat and faster response on large batches. We ask for your local voltage, steam pressure if any, cooling water temperature, floor space, ceiling height, and doorway width before quoting.
Tell us what you distill—whiskey, brandy, gin, vodka, or experimental runs—and your target proof per run. We can then size the column, condenser, and automation package to suit your schedule, not just the tank volume.
