3000L Copper Steam Still: What We Actually Build
Most 3000L units leaving our floor are steam-heated copper pot-and-column rigs bound for whiskey and rum houses running long fermentation cycles. This is not a starter still. Under roughly 50,000 L of annual bottling, a 300L or 500L electric unit does the same job for far less capital and no boiler.

Copper goes where vapor and wash touch it. The outer shell and jacket stay stainless. That is not a cost trick — copper is soft, and a 3000L pot seated in a steel frame holds its shape better across years of heat cycling.
Gin runs usually want a basket in the column neck or a separate botanical chamber; we have built both. Whether you need an agitator depends on grain-in versus grain-out mashing. Tell us which and we spec the drive, not the other way around.
What to send before we quote
Spirit type and target ABV, batch volume, boiler pressure available on site, ceiling height and floor loading, and whether you want a CIP loop. Those five answers move the price more than the capacity number does.
