Description
What the system does
A Clean-in-Place (CIP) system circulates detergent, rinse water, and acid where required through tanks, lines, fillers, and valves on a controlled circuit. The point is repeatable contact time, temperature, and flow at product-contact surfaces. For breweries, dairy plants, beverage lines, and liquid food operations, that usually means fewer manual tear-downs and more consistent wash records.
How a cleaning cycle runs
Typical sequences start with a pre-rinse, then caustic wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash if needed, and final rinse. Return flow, pump pressure, and temperature determine whether the circuit reaches the far end of the line. We size tanks, pumps, and piping around your circuit volume and soil load, not a catalog default.
Configuration choices
Single-, two-, three-, and multi-tank arrangements are available for project-specific scope. Acid and caustic tanks, hot water tanks, electric or steam heating, supply and return pumps, stainless piping and valves, and temperature, flow, pressure, and level monitoring can be included. Control ranges from manual to semi-automatic to PLC. Tank capacity, cleaning circuits, and automation are customized; final features are confirmed on the approved drawing and quotation.
Where it fits
Dairy, beverage, brewery, distillery, sauce, liquid food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical plants use CIP on tanks, piping, fillers, and process equipment. Requirements vary by soil type, surface finish, circuit length, and cleaning chemistry. We review those details before recommending tank count and pump duty.

Procurement questions
How do I choose tank count? Single tank suits simple rinse and wash schedules. Multi-tank setups help where caustic, acid, and rinse water must stay separate or where changeover time matters.
What cleaning capacity do I need? Start with circuit volume, simultaneous cleaning points, required flow, pressure, and wash duration. Pump curves and return-line size follow those numbers.
What should I send for a quote? Industry and product, tank and pipe drawings, cleaning points, required capacity, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation location.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
