We build jacketed copper distillation equipment for distilleries that need repeatable runs, not showroom shine. The copper contact starts where it matters: pot still head, lyne arm, condenser, and vapor path. Columns, boil balls, and gin baskets also can be copper or copper-lined depending on flavor goals and cleaning routine.
What size makes sense?
Most customers step into 200L or 300L when they run a tasting room and local distribution. A 500L system fits a working craft distillery with steady bottling. 1000L and up usually mean full production shifts, steam boilers, and dedicated floor space.

Electric heating is simpler for small rooms and limited utilities. Steam gives faster heat-up, gentler control, and lower cost per liter at larger volumes. We ask about your boiler, power supply, ceiling height, floor drain, and delivery access before quoting.
Options that change the run
Gin basket placement, agitator, column type, condenser size, CIP ports, and sight glasses all affect performance. A whiskey distiller may want a taller copper column and deeper lyne arm. A gin producer often needs a removable basket and clean vapor path. We test-fit piping and pressure-check jackets before shipping. For maintenance, keep spare gaskets, tri-clamp fittings, and a cleaning schedule.
To get an accurate quote, send: target batch size, spirit type, heating method, available steam or kW, voltage, floor plan, and whether you need gin basket, agitator, or custom condenser. We can match a 200L, 300L, 500L, or 1000L skid to your actual production plan.
