Description
Turnkey Craft and Industrial Beer Production Line, 3000L to 5000L
Breweries come to us with a batch size and a floor plan, not a wish list. The job is to match vessel geometry, cooling surface, and utilities to the beers they actually brew. This 3000L–5000L turnkey line handles the full path from hot liquor to bright beer, and it is built around how your brewhouse will be operated day to day.
What the line includes
Typical scope covers a two- or three-vessel brewhouse, whirlpool, heat exchanger, fermentation and conditioning tanks, CIP set, glycol chiller, and controls. On a 3000L system, a single-pass plate chiller and 40–60 BBL of cellar capacity keep double batches practical. At 5000L, pump sizing and main line diameter matter more; undersized transfer lines turn a 90-minute knockout into a three-hour one.
Material and fabrication details
Product-contact surfaces are 304 stainless as standard; 316L is specified when the water profile is aggressive or the brewery also runs cider, kombucha, or sours. Interior welds are ground, polished, and passivated. Cone and dish heads are pressure-rated, and every jacket is hydro-tested before it ships. Dimpled or channel jackets give more cooling area per square meter of tank wall, which shortens crash cooling after fermentation.
Specifications
| Batch size | 3000L–5000L per brew |
|---|---|
| Brewhouse | 2-vessel or 3-vessel, direct fire or steam |
| Fermenter material | SUS304, optional SUS316L |
| Working pressure | 0.2–0.3 MPa, relief valve set per design |
| Cooling | Glycol jacketed, 2–4 zones per tank |
| Cleaning | CIP with spray ball, 360-degree coverage |
Selection notes from the shop floor
Cone angle is not cosmetic. A 60-degree cone drains trub and yeast cleanly; shallower cones hold material and cost you beer. If you plan to dry hop heavily, allow headspace above 75 percent fill. Small brewpubs often order single-zone jackets to save cost; production breweries should not, because fermentation heat varies with tank size and pitching rate.
Before we quote, we ask for batch size, beer styles, number of fermenters, ceiling height, steam or electric supply, and glycol availability. Those five details determine tank volume, cooling area, and configuration.

We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
