Description
Commercial Brewery Configuration
We build 1000L, 1500L, and 2000L turnkey brewery packages around the batch size, not around a catalog number. A 1000L system suits a taproom brewery with limited floor space and 2–4 core beers. At 1500L, many customers add a second fermentation tank to separate IPA from lager production. The 2000L frame is often selected when packaged volume is stable and fermentation scheduling matters more than initial capital cost.
Each package includes brewhouse, fermentation tanks, glycol cooling, CIP, and transfer piping matched to the vessel layout. Fermentation tanks use SUS304 as standard; SUS316L is available for higher chloride exposure or aggressive cleaning regimes. We TIG weld internal seams, passivate wetted surfaces, and control cone and shell finish so yeast drops cleanly and CIP coverage remains predictable.
Fermentation and Temperature Control
Conical fermenters carry working pressure and cooling jackets on the cone and lower shell. The jacket area and glycol flow rate are sized to the batch volume and expected crash-cooling time. Pressure ratings, relief valve settings, and tank thickness must be reviewed together; a higher rating without matching fittings and relief protection does not improve safety. CIP is typically routed through the racking arm, spray ball, and bottom outlet, with separate paths for wort, beer, and cleaning chemicals.

FAQ
Why control fermentation temperature? Yeast performance, diacetyl reduction, and crash cooling depend on stable glycol flow and jacket coverage.
When is a conical bottom needed? Most ale and lager fermenters use a cone for yeast harvest and trub removal; dish-bottom tanks are better for specific bright-beer or storage duties.
What should be ready before a quote? Batch size, beer styles, tank count, ceiling height, glycol capacity, and utility locations.
Tell us your batch size, beer type, number of fermentation tanks and available space. We can recommend the tank volume, cooling area and configuration for your brewery.

We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
