Description
Built for day-to-day brewery work
Our 1000L and 1500L fermentation tanks are conical-bottom vessels for primary fermentation, conditioning and cold crashing in microbreweries and brewpubs. We configure them around batch size, beer style and available floor space rather than forcing one standard shell. A 1000L tank suits pilot batches and taproom production; 1500L gives more room for repeated turns without another vessel footprint.
We normally use SUS304 for the shell and dish ends, with SUS316L available for product-contact areas when chloride exposure or longer holding periods call for it. Welds are ground and passivated on product surfaces. Internal finish depends on the duty: a sanitary polish for fermentation, a smoother finish for yeast handling. Gaskets, manway seals and valve specs matter as much as the steel grade.
Cooling and pressure control
Dimple cooling jackets on the cone and body control fermentation heat. We size jacket area against your glycol temperature and crash schedule. The tank is pressure rated for normal fermentation duty and fitted with a safety valve, pressure gauge and adjustable relief path. Do not treat the safety valve as a substitute for correct regulator settings.
CIP, fittings and layout
CIP comes through a spray ball in the top dome, with drain and return paths arranged for your pump and tank location. We position racking arm, sample valve, dry-hop port and carbonation stone according to how your cellar team works. Front-of-house breweries often need a compact footprint; production breweries need service clearance and pipe runs planned before shipment.

Practical FAQ
Which volume should I choose? Match working capacity to batch size and leave headspace for krausen. Do I need a conical bottom? It helps yeast harvest and dry hopping; some conditioning tanks can use a flatter design. Can I add carbonation and CIP later? Plan ports and jacket area now; retrofits cost more after shipment.
Tell us your batch size, beer type, number of fermentation tanks and available space. We can recommend the tank volume, cooling area and configuration for your brewery.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
