Description
We build the 300L copper still for distilleries that are past 50L or 100L pilot runs but not ready for a 1000L plant. At 300 liters, a two-person crew can charge, run, and clean in one shift. It fits whiskey, rum, brandy, and botanical spirits when the column and condenser are matched correctly.

Copper contact is one of the first questions we get. We keep copper in the vapor path: pot dome, swan neck, column sections, and condenser. The boiler exterior can be stainless to hold shape and reduce polishing. If you make gin, a gin basket goes above the column; an agitator helps with grain-in or high-solids washes.
What we ask before quoting a 300L system
Electric heating works where power is stable and steam is not available. Steam is cleaner for long runs and lets you scale later. Send your spirit type, target proof, batch size, ceiling height, power or boiler details, cooling water, floor drain, and destination port. We return a layout, utility list, and lead time. Most buyers choose 300L because it matches a 3-5 barrel weekly output; 500L or 1000L makes sense when you already have fermenter capacity and a dedicated operator.
