What we actually build into a 300L fruit brandy still
Most 300L units leaving our floor go to small commercial distilleries — the kind running eight to twelve charges a week and bottling under their own label. Fruit washes foam harder than grain, so we fit a taller neck and a wider vapor path than a whiskey still of the same volume. Copper where it earns its keep: pot, onion head, and lyne arm. The condenser shell and column jacket stay stainless, which keeps both the price and your polishing time down.

Heating, gin basket, and the details that move the quote
Electric immersion elements are our default for sites with no boiler. Steam jackets cost more up front, though they let you run back-to-back charges without scorching a delicate fruit wash. Planning gin? Take the basket — 300L with a 30L botanical basket is the pairing we ship most.
Before we price anything, send wash volume, target ABV, ceiling height, door width, and your power supply. Add whether you want CIP and agitator or mash tun options. That gets you a firm quote instead of a guess.
