300L Copper Pot Still for Craft Distilleries
We build this 300L copper pot still for distilleries moving beyond pilot batches. A 300 L charge gives about 60–90 bottles at 40% ABV per stripping run, depending on wash ABV and cuts. It fits a small whisky, brandy, or gin house running two to four days a week without jumping to a 500 L or 1000 L steam plant.
Copper contact matters in the vapor path, not just the boiler. Our pot, swan neck, and condenser shell use 2–3 mm copper where it affects sulfur binding and flavor. The column, gin basket, and agitator can be copper or stainless based on your recipe.

Electric heating suits sites without a boiler. Steam gives gentler heat and faster turnarounds. Send us your wash type, target proof, and available utilities before we quote. Gin producers often add a basket and agitator; whisky and brandy runs usually focus on copper contact and condenser size. Installation needs a level floor, drain, ventilation, and enough ceiling height for the swan neck. We confirm drawings, lead time, and crating before deposit.
For 200 L, 300 L, 500 L, and 1000 L stills, match capacity to weekly runs rather than tank size alone. To get an accurate quote, share spirit type, batch size, heating method, voltage, cooling water temp, and local code requirements.
