Description
We build this 300L copper alcohol distiller for distillers who need a working batch around 220-280 L and a still that runs five days a week without constant babysitting. Copper contact matters most in the vapor path: pot, swan neck, and condenser. Our boiler uses 3 mm copper; the vapor line is 4 mm. Column and condenser shells can be stainless where copper is not doing flavor work, which keeps cost down without stripping sulfide binding from the spirit.
Electric versus steam is the first real decision. A 300L electric still pulls 36-48 kW and needs a 200 A service. Steam runs lower pressure and lets you scale to 500L or 1000L later. For whiskey and rum, 300L is the sweet spot between one-person operation and weekly barrel fills. 200L suits a taproom or gin producer. 500L and 1000L make sense when you already have steam and a mash system that can keep up.
Copper contact and options
Gin basket goes in the vapor path. Agitator helps with grain-in washes. Shotgun or shell-and-tube condenser changes run speed and water use. Tell us wash ABV, target proof, ceiling height, and available power or boiler pressure before we quote.

We ship skidded and crated. A 300L unit normally fits a 20-ft container with the column removed. Leave 2.5 m ceiling clearance and 1 m around the still for maintenance. Copper gets a rinse and passivation after install; we send the procedure.
