300 L fruit brandy fermenter and copper distillation unit
We design this skid around fruit brandy distilleries that need one vessel for fermentation and a copper still for flavor. The fermenter gives you a true 300 L working volume, about 360 L total, with a 20% headspace for active fruit caps. We usually fit a 2 in. dump port, CIP spray ball, and dimple jacket. For apple or pear, a 16 in. manway beats a 12 in. one every harvest.

Why 300 L?
200 L suits trial batches and taproom distilleries. 300 L fits a small brandy house running two to four mashes weekly. 500 L and 1000 L make sense when you already have steam and a bottling line waiting. Electric heating is simpler for rural sites; steam gives faster, gentler heat if you have a boiler. Copper contact matters most in the vapor path—column, helmet, and condenser. A copper boiler looks nice, but it is harder to maintain.
Before we quote
Send your wash type, batch size, target proof, available power or steam pressure, ceiling height, and floor drain location. That tells us whether to set the still for direct fire, electric, or steam, and which condenser you actually need. We can ship as one skid or split sections for a tight door.
