Who this 300L line fits
We build these for brandy, grappa, and fruit brandy producers who have outgrown a 100–200L pot but aren\’t ready to staff a 1000L plant. A 300L charge gives you roughly 90–110 finished bottles at 40% ABV per spirit run — enough to keep a tasting room and a couple of distributors supplied without firing the still seven days a week.

Where the copper actually goes
Pot, head, lyne arm, and vapor path are copper. The fruit wine tank and pre-heater stay in 304. Copper in the vapor path binds sulfur compounds; copper in a fermentation tank just adds cost and cleanup.
Electric or steam
Electric runs clean and needs no boiler, but plan on 60–90 extra minutes to bring a 300L charge up to temperature, and check your service — most units pull 30–45 kW. Steam costs more up front and then gives you finer heat control through the tails cut. Distilleries already running a boiler almost always go steam.
Options worth discussing
Gin basket for compound runs, agitator for fruit mash that would otherwise scorch, CIP spray ball, sight glasses, and an insulated jacket. Skip the agitator only if you filter your wash first.
Before we quote
Send us your spirit type and target proof, wash or low wine volume per batch, heating preference plus voltage or steam pressure, ceiling height, floor drain location, and delivery port. That saves a week of back-and-forth. Ask us for the drawing with anchor points before you pour concrete.
