Description
We build this 500L alcohol distiller around a copper pot still, glass column, and transfer pump. Distillers searching at this size usually run whisky, brandy, or gin and need repeatable batches without a full industrial footprint.
Capacity is the first decision. A 200L or 300L still fits a small taproom or pilot program. The 500L unit suits a working craft distillery doing several runs per week. 1000L makes sense when you already have steam, floor space, and a barrel program that can absorb the output.

Heating matters. Electric is simpler for sites without a boiler, but steam gives gentler control on larger runs. Tell us your available power, water, and ceiling height before we quote. Copper contact should be in the pot, column, and condenser path; stainless elsewhere keeps cost sensible.
Options change the build. A gin basket, agitator, or oversized condenser can be added, but each affects lead time and piping. For installation, plan for access, drainage, and ventilation. Shipping a 500L still is not a crate you move with a forklift alone. Send your spirit type, batch size, heating source, and site layout. We will recommend the size and configuration that fits, not just the biggest tank.
