Description
Commercial brewery system overview
We build 5, 10, and 15 BBL brewery systems for breweries moving from pilot batches to scheduled production. The package usually includes a two- or three-vessel brewhouse, hot liquor tank, heat exchanger, fermenters, and cellar controls. Capacity is not just a number on a tank. It sets kettle heating, wort cooling load, floor loading, and how many fermenters you need to keep the brewhouse busy.
For 5 BBL systems, compact skid layouts and low-power heating options matter in leased spaces. At 10-15 BBL, steam or direct-fire brewhouses and larger cold liquor tanks become more practical. We confirm batch size, brews per week, beer styles, and growth plan before sizing tanks.
Materials and fabrication
Product contact surfaces use SUS304 as standard; 316L is available for high-chloride water or aggressive cleaning programs. Tanks are TIG welded, pickled and passivated on wetted seams, then polished to a defined Ra finish where yeast and trub cling. We pressure-test jackets and vessels before shipment. Sanitary tri-clamp fittings, CIP spray balls, racking arms, dry-hop ports, and sample valves are positioned from your piping plan, not from a stock drawing. Cooling jackets need enough coverage for crash cooling, not just fermentation heat. Insulation and cladding protect glycol efficiency in warm utility rooms.

Selection and FAQ
Ask whether the working pressure suits your carbonation method, whether the jacket area handles diacetyl rests, and whether the CIP path reaches the cone. A cone is useful for yeast harvest and trub removal; shallow cones suit some ale profiles, steeper cones help displacement and cleaning. Small brewpubs often choose 5 BBL with flexible tank spacing. Regional breweries usually need 10-15 BBL with redundant glycol and CIP.
FAQ: What stainless grade? SUS304 standard, 316L option. What pressure? Working pressure and safety valve set per local code, usually 15-30 psi for fermenters. How is CIP done? Spray ball, pump, and dedicated return path. How connect? Tri-clamp for beer and CIP; glycol loop with isolation valves.
Tell us your batch size, beer type, number of fermentation tanks and available space. We can recommend the tank volume, cooling area and configuration for your brewery.

Customer Review
We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
