A 450L Copper Still for Distillers Who Already Know Their Numbers
We build this 450L frame for people who know their wash, their cut points, and how many runs they need in a week. Most of the 450L units leaving our floor go to craft whiskey houses running two or three stripping runs a day, and to gin producers who want one kettle to cover more than one recipe.

Copper belongs where vapor and liquid actually move. We have opened enough used stills to know the difference between a real copper column and a stainless kettle wearing a copper hat, and we will tell you which one you are looking at.
Steam or electric is the first real decision. Steam gives gentler heat and fewer scorched washes, but it means a boiler, a trap, and someone who checks the pressure. Electric suits a taproom with no steam header and a limited power panel, though elements burn out faster on thick fruit washes.
Capacity is about batch rhythm, not ego. 200L fits a tasting room. 450L is the sweet spot for a distillery shipping a few hundred bottles a month. 1000L only makes sense once you have consistent fermentation and a buyer waiting.
Check ceiling height with the column installed, door width for the kettle, floor loading, and cooling water temperature and flow before you commit. Those four numbers kill more installs than anything in the still itself.
For a quote, send wash type and ABV, target proof and liters per run, steam availability, power supply, site dimensions, and destination port. That is enough for us to size the column and give you a real number.
