Materials and Manufacturing Details
We use 304 stainless steel for most wetted parts, with 316L available for high-chloride environments or specific beer styles. All welds are TIG-welded, pickled, and passivated to prevent corrosion. Interior surfaces are finished to 2B or #4 polish; mirror polishing is optional for hygienic applications. Gaskets are FDA-approved EPDM or silicone. Each vessel is pressure-tested and includes a safety valve. Cladding and insulation are added where needed to reduce heat loss and protect operators.

These systems suit brewpubs, taprooms, and regional craft breweries. For a 5 BBL system, floor space and steam availability often drive the layout.
