Description
We build complete 1500L distillery setups around a copper pot still and column. For whiskey, brandy, and vodka, copper contact is not a decorative choice. The pot, neck, column sections, and condenser should expose vapor to copper where you want ester control and sulfur reduction. Stainless steel is fine for the boiler, piping, and stands.

Most customers don\’t start at 1500L. A 200L or 300L still suits a new taproom or trial distillery. 500L fits small whiskey and gin production. 1000L-1500L makes sense when you run 5-7 mashes weekly and have steam, cooling water, and floor space. Electric heating is easier to install. Steam gives faster heat-up and lower cost per batch at this size.
Before quote, send wash/mash ABV, desired proof, batch time, steam pressure or power supply, cooling water temperature, ceiling height, and footprint. Tell us if you want a gin basket, agitator, or specific condenser configuration. Shipping a 1500L system usually needs a 40ft container or flat rack. Maintenance access around the column and condenser matters. Leave at least 1m service clearance.
Match the still to your fermentation volume and weekly runs, not just the tank size. Send your spirit style and utilities, and we will confirm column plate count, copper contact points, and layout before quotation.
